We have installed and manage one 22kW charger in the Wiltshire Council car park. We are responsible for maintenance, access rights for this charger. We installed an EO hub, and we manage it through the portal. We very rarely have to access via the portal. There is a dongle attached to the car cable and so only car club cars can use it.
